Return & Refund Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for 100% refund of purchase price – excluding shipping cost. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
If your item is eligible for return, please email us at sales@wholegardener.com to obtain a Return Authorization Request. You will receive instructions for processing your return. Please do not mail any items before contacting us.
Return shipping cost are your responsibility unless the return is a result of our error (wrong item or damaged). We suggest you keep a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking numbers as proof of your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
We will issue your refund credit within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
